Johann Sebastian Mozart – Mozart Moments Ep. 4

Johann Sebastian Mozart – Mozart Moments Ep. 4

In the 1920’s the Marx brothers were the biggest ticket on Broadway. One night, during a production of their stage play “Animal Crackers”, Groucho got sick. Someone had to go on stage! So brother Zeppo filled in – he put on the famous mustache – and did the whole play without anyone realizing that it was not Groucho on stage.

Mozart studied the music of J.S. Bach so much that he could write a piece of music that sounded exactly like the Baroque master! So here’s the challenge – I play a bit of the Courante in E-flat major, KV 399 by Mozart, and a selection from Bach’s French Suite No. 4, BWV 815, put together seamlessly. Can you tell which is which?
